James Benson

James practices primarily in the field of Civil litigation, assisting clients in resolving difficult situations in a variety of fields, including defamation, personal injury, and litigation involving estates, construction, residential conveyancing, and debtor/creditor. James’ objective is to assist clients to attain their goals through negotiation but regularly attends Court to represent his clients’ needs regarding matters in dispute. James has conducted trials before the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has appeared in various administrative tribunals or boards, and as junior counsel for a party with standing in a major public inquiry.
